Note :This IP camera need work with NVR . Our single camera is only compatible with Tseye NVR system, not compatible with other NVR system. also,hope u can check and confirm how to connect: To pair each new camera with the NVR: (1) Use an Ethernet cord to directly connect the camera to the Ethernet slot at the back of the NVR. (2) Use the mouse to right-click, select "Pair". (3) The camera should now show up on the top pane. (4) Simply hit "Add", after which the camera will be added to the bottom pane and also show images on the screen.
